Projektleiter (m(w/d) Reference number: 421192 Organization and coordination: You plan and coordinate the daily cleaning work and ensure a smooth operation in the object Staff management: You run and support the cleaning team in the day-to-day business, share the tasks and assist your employees with questions Quality assurance: You control the cleaning work done and ensure that our quality and hygiene standards are complied with Customer contact: You are contact persons for our customers on site, regularly agree with them and ensure a trusted cooperation Operational cooperation: You will pack up yourself and actively support your team in the cleaning work that is needed. Professional experience: Ideally experience in building cleaning or in a comparable activity as well as first experience in leadership or Coordination of a team Expertise: Experience in cleaning is advantageous – technical or craft training is not required Management competence: You can guide employees, distribute tasks meaningfully and keep track of different requirements German knowledge: Good German knowledge on at least B1 level to be able to communicate safely with employees and customers PC knowledge: Safe handling of common PC applications and the willingness to use digital tools Hands-on-Mentality: You pack up themselves and are not too bad to take care of even cleaning work Personality: Reliability, Responsibility, Communication Strength and a friendly, binding approach What is important to us is that you are happy to coordinate a team, take responsibility and at the same time to prepare yourself.
