IT support: You enter and support the internal IT infrastructure as well as users on 1st and 2nd level levels Working in IT projects: You are involved in the implementation of IT projects and work closely with the IT team and external service providers Documentation & Process Optimization: You’re puggling and developing IT documentation and optimizing IT processes Hardware & Software Management: You are responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, mobile devices and peripheral devices Network & System Administration: You take care of the setup, operation and maintenance of Windows server and client environments Cloud & Virtualization: You're committed to cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure and virtualized environments IT security & data protection: You actively support the implementation of IT security measures and privacy policies according to GDPR

Education & Study: Completed IT training (e.g. specialist:in for system integration) and/or an IT-oriented study Teamwork & Communication: Joy in cooperation with users:inside, a service-oriented work approach and a well-structured working method Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Driving licence: A valid driving licence of class B Technical expertise: knowledge of Windows servers, network technologies, virtualization solutions (such as VMware or Hyper-V) and cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure) Practical work: independent work, solution-oriented action and the motivation to continuously deal with new technologies First professional experience: Ideal are at least 3 years of experience in IT administration, for example in IT support, system administration or network technology
