♪ Your future task:

• Operation and monitoring of industrial plants – with a focus on heating, sanitary and roof and facade components
• Operation and supervision of measurement, control and control technology (MSR)
• Performance of maintenance, inspection and operating tasks according to DIN 31051
• fault diagnosis and independent correction of technical disturbances
• Support for the coordination and monitoring of external service providers in maintenance and repair work
• Participation in the organization and optimization of the technical building operation in cooperation with the object manager

Your profile for the job Haustechniker (m/w/d) / IKEA /from 21.00 € / h.:

• Complete training in supply technology, mechatronics (m/w/d) or comparable qualification (e.g. home technician)
• Funded expertise in electrical, heating, sanitary and MSR technology
• Professional experience in technical building management and practical knowledge in the operation of industrial plants
• Basic knowledge of preventive fire protection of advantage
• Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with mobile devices and CAFM systems
• Good to very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Qualification as an electrician for defined activities (EffT) is desirable
• Monday to Saturday, 5 days/week
• 2-layer system
