Group leader for packaging (m/f/d)

You monitor and accompany the daily production process and ensure the standards for quality (FSSC, HACCP), hygiene and work safety. This requires active cooperation in the management system You are responsible for plant availability and optimal production utilization You control the mixing process before filling, taking into account the optimal production utilisation and care of various systems (e.g. ERP system) You continuously improve production processes in terms of quality, efficiency and costs You lead, qualify, develop and motivate employees to achieve common goals You are working on internal and cross-departmental projects

You have a well-founded training and professional experience in the food industry and a completed training (e.g. Master) You have first experience in team management or team management You bring experiences in a multi-layer production and have expertise as well as a strong quality awareness (Hygiene, FSSC 22.000, KVP) You have knowledge in ERP systems (SAP/S4 of advantage), IT standard programs (MS-Office) as well as knowledge in the field of controllers You have experience in applying modern production management methods (e.g. Lean Management, TPM) You work independently and independently and question You bring a high level of commitment and performance, self-motivation and reliability with You are ready to work in shiftwork and take weekend services
