Expert for standard land values (m/w/d)

Projektmanager (m/w/d) We are looking for the city survey office and the office of the expert committee of the state capital of Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay. The service spectrum of the real estate market analysis and valuation department includes the creation of transport value assessments, the analysis and provision of data on the real estate market Stuttgart and the management of the review committee. The results are published, among others, in market reports, land benchmark cards and a dashboard, which are used by a broad public and serve as a basis for decision-making for market participants on the Stuttgart real estate market.

You determine soil alignment values, check and write soil alignment values You develop and optimize methods for deriving soil alignment values You shall prepare analyses, information and reports on purchase prices of undeveloped land, on land and its derivation. You work with the Board of Experts and organize the consultations You work with our data analysts when deriving the data for value determination You advise citizens, people from the real estate sector and employees of the financial management

You have a degree in an assessment-specific field (e.g. surveying, real estate management) Alternatively, you have a degree with an analytical focus (e.g. economics) and bring an affinity to the real estate market analysis/assessment and the legal basis (ImmoWertV, BauGB) with Knowledge in building planning and construction law as well as in GIS systems (e.g. ArcGIS, QGIS) are advantageous You are characterized by pronounced analytical thinking and a careful, independent way of working You master the German language in word and writing and are characterized by address-oriented communication
