Training and Application Manager Surgical Technologies (m/f/d)

You develop, implement and maintain a targeted training strategy for our internal employees, traders and end customers and take responsibility for the entire training concept You design standardized training, onboarding and certification programs and continuously develop these based on defined learning goals and success criteria You create and maintain training documents, presentations, videos, e-learning modules and other digital learning content In addition to providing training concepts and content, you will perform product and application training in the field of surgical technologies both on site and in training centers and in digital formats; accompany initial applications and support the clinical introduction of new OP technologies and workflows In addition, you build a network of reference customers and opinion leaders and develop them further You support clinical evaluations, case observations and user events. You analyze the feedback and guide the continuous improvement process As an interface between customers, product management and development, you will continue to provide requirements, support development and provide clinical expertise for marketing, sales and product management

You have a medical training in the OP environment or a successfully completed study in business administration, medicine or medical technology You can present several years of professional experience as a trainer (m/w/d) or customer advisor (m/w/d), ideally in the field of orthopaedics or spinal surgery, You not only bring very good knowledge in the methodological and didactic conception of training content, but also in the execution of trainings and can convey complex medical-technical contents in a comprehensible manner Experiences with modern surgical techniques and image-based surgical workflows are advantageous You are safe and convincing to surgeons, surgical teams, clinic lines, sales partners and international customers You are familiar with MS Office and are characterized by a high degree of moderation and presentation capability, communication skills and service orientation Impressed customer orientation and corresponding readiness to travel, we also require fluent English knowledge in word and writing
