Responsibility for the maintenance and maintenance of power plants and the implementation, cooperation and monitoring of inspection, maintenance, repair work and projects Responsibility for the management of the staff during the representation of the staff, as well as ensuring the readiness to call and, in particular, the production of the safe state of the plant in the call readiness operation Production of safe plant conditions (release, work permit) for the implementation of work and responsibility for monitoring plant conditions (safe operation, no loss of media such as oil etc.) and sample-like quality assurance in the implementation of measures in the area of responsibility (in particular service providers) Structured assessment and analysis of plant and machine conditions incl. the correct removal of measures Operational implementation of HSSE requirements in the field of competence Maintenance planning according to O&M strategy Budget responsibility in the area of responsibility and cooperation in budget and medium-term planning Partner company management on site, in particular instruction and control function of service providers Ready to call and troubleshooting and flood management as well as Takeover of the training of decentralized trainees

Successfully completed vocational training with master or technical qualification in the field of machine technology Multiannual professional experience in the operation and maintenance of running water, storage or pump storage plants Experience in the targeted employee management desired Basic business knowledge Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP Insufficient knowledge of industry-relevant rules of technology, occupational safety and environmental protection to acquire operating and switching permission within 6 months driving licence class B
