Product Manager Arthroplasty Knee & Hip EMEA (m/f/d)

Active participation and further development of the Arthroplasty segment (Hip & Knee) with a focus on strategic design, positioning and sustainable growth Function as a clinical and product-specific expert with responsibility for the training and support of doctors and internal sales teams Conception and implementation of onboarding and training measures for customers and internal stakeholders to ensure safe and effective product use Intensive cooperation with customers – especially through regular on-site appointments, workshops and practical training in our in-house Lab Planning and implementation of Hands-on training (e.g. workshops, Cadaver Labs and product demonstrations) with a strong focus on clinical application Construction and further development of brand presence in the arthroplasty sector, in particular in a new and growing product segment Close cooperation with sales to actively support market penetration and business development Analysis of market trends and innovations, in particular in the field of robotics and modern arthroplasty technologies, and deriving concrete measures Overarching cooperation with internal and external interfaces to further develop the portfolio and identify new business opportunities

completed studies in the field of medicine, biomedicine or a comparable discipline; as an alternative to an economic background with profound experience in arthroplasty Forceful experience in the field of arthroplasty (Hip & Knee); Knowledge of robotic surgery is advantageous Embossed hand-on mentality as well as pleasure in intensive practical work with customers, training formats and in the laboratory environment Experience in a customer-oriented role (e.g. Sales, Clinical Support, Application Specialist) with high affinity for building relationships Passion for knowledge transfer and the ability to train and inspire doctors and sales teams Entrepreneurial thinking and the desire to actively influence and shape a new business field Very good communication and presentation skills as well as safe clinical appearance High readiness and willingness to work regularly on site with customers and in the lab Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
