In marine shipbuilding projects, you are responsible for the management of the deliveries and participations (contributions) provided by the client in the context of the realization. As an interface between project managers, shipyards and our client, you ensure effective communication, coordinate the specific requirements and thus contribute to the development of our larger marine shipbuilding projects at several North German locations. You take over the responsible control of the assignment-side submissions by means of a database-based system and coordinate the needs of subcontractors and project members until the final transfer to the end customer. You are responsible for the development and establishment of associated processes that enable smooth management and documentation of the articles. You are integrated with large decision-making space, both across the project and into individual projects, coordinate with the relevant subproject managers and specialist managers of the projects, report the status of your project-specific activities to the project manager Project Office and represent our contractual interests to the client and various subcontractors. Last but not least, you agree to the requirements with the relevant decision-makers and, together with our specialist departments, you are responsible for providing proof of the integration of the articles in our projects. For the purpose of standardization and knowledge transfer, the resulting findings can be incorporated into higher-level processes, standards and tools in your function as an employee of the Project Management Office (PMO).

Graduate in Business Administration, Economic Engineering, Shipbuilding, Ship Operations Engineering or related training Professional experience with marine / federal rifle cover desirable good technical understanding and experience in a comparable position in shipbuilding / in the maritime industry, ideally also with contractors Commercial awareness, analytical skills and enforcement strength Project management knowledge Communication security in English and German in word and writing, MS-Office routine team spirit, creativity and self-employment as well as good time management and a solution-oriented approach The basic prerequisite is a structured and conscientious procedure readiness for occasional journeys within Germany (about 10% travel share) Experience in working with databases of advantage
