You have successfully completed a technical training and an additional training as a technician mechanical engineering or electrical engineering You bring professional experience in customer service or complaint processing You have a solution-oriented way of thinking for complex tasks Ideally you bring first leadership experiences You can safely apply negotiating and communication strength at different levels with internal and external customers You understand yourself as a model of an active security culture Engagement, sense of responsibility, independent and customer-oriented work are of course for you You bring good knowledge of English – another foreign language would be beneficial
