Other locations are in France, Switzerland, USA, China, India and Italy. We develop and produce stamps for the graphic industry and plastics industry. Our tools e.g. refine plastic parts from the grill to credit cards to high-quality cosmetics. In the graphic industry, we inspire customers with embossing stamps for the most demanding label and packaging designs. Hinderer + Mühlich belongs to the KURZ group. Account Manager (m/w/d), with focus on projects

Your duties

• You actively advise and maintain your customers in Germany and abroad in order to increase customer loyalty and customer satisfaction
• In cooperation with the manufacturing departments, you will clarify the technical and timely feasibility and calculate the prices for the creation of the offers.
• Offers and orders are created by you in the SAP and independently tracked
• After extensive interior services and the development of your technical expertise, support your key customers in the field
• They support the sales management in the active expansion of existing customers and the acquisition of new projects

Your profile

• They have completed technical or commercial training
• Professional experience in the sales service, ideally in a manufacturing environment, the plastics or packaging industry, you could already collect
• Experience in the field of external services as well as the distribution of products in need of declaration is advantageous
• Technical understanding and the willingness to deal with technical contents
• A self-contained, structured and team-oriented way of working as well as a high load capacity
• You have very good MS Office and ERP knowledge (ideally SAP) as well as good English skills, also other foreign language skills
