Interface between R&D Shipping and Consulting – central point of contact for technical and logistical questions about the software V-Log Active support of consultants in complex customer requests and participation in critical customer appointments for the development of holistic V-log solutions Close cooperation with Product Owner in the further development of the V-Log product and the optimization of internal processes in the R&D Shipping sector Support in the automation of Jira processes as well as care and development of PPIs and dashboards Cooperation with sales in evaluating technical requirements from customer perspective and with carrier management

Deep know-how in the field of logistics, in particular in the carrier environment Very good understanding of IT landscapes for logistic solutions and adjacent systems Technical affinity and ideally basic knowledge of software development, IT systems and SQL Experience with Jira, especially in the automation of workflows Safe handling of agile working methods and experience in working with agile development teams Will to actively participate in processes and product developments German and English skills Travel readiness for about two service trips per year (e.g. to Tenerife)
