You collect all business incidents and book input and output invoices as well as further documents digitally and precisely in our accounting system (including DATEV). You are responsible for debitor and creditor accounting, monitor open positions and ensure smooth payment. You actively support the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and deliver important contributions to internal reporting. You will independently process the sales tax forecasts and ensure compliance with tax requirements. You perform regular accounts and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the accounting data. You create and transmit statistical messages reliably and on time. In addition, you contribute to cross-departmental projects and support the further development of our financial processes.

You have a completed commercial training – ideally focusing on financial/ accounting. You have professional experience in financial accounting, ideally also experience in the construction industry or project-oriented companies. You control DATEV as well as common ERP systems securely and use digital tools (e.g. MS Office) routined. You work structured, reliable and detailed, keeps track of multiple parallel tasks. You are characterized by self-responsibility, accuracy and team spirit and contribute to efficient cooperation with your commitment.
