For our service field Infrastructure Backbone Services in Tribe Enterprise Transaction Processing, we are looking for you in full time as a Tribe Architect / Compliance Manager (m/w/d) in Karlsruhe, Munich and Germany from 30 hours a week. Your tasks with perspectives You are responsible for the technical and processal development of the mainframe platforms IBM Db2 for z/OS, IBM IMS and IBM MQ and shape their transformation - including migration, modernization and integration projects with interfaces to modern development platforms and cloud technologies. You analyze complex business requirements, develop suitable architecture concepts at strategic and operational level, and ensure the safe, performant and scalable operation of the systems. You ensure compliance, governance and regulatory requirements - especially in the context of banking supervision and IT security - including monitoring, documentation and assessment of new requirements. You accompany recovery and emergency processes, develop measures to ensure business operations and are leading in risk analysis and audits. As a central point of contact for technical and regulatory issues, you promote knowledge sharing in the shoot, work closely with engineers, squad owners and product teams and evaluate market trends such as automation, cloud integration and DevOps.

Your personality with profile You will be awarded a completed study of (economic) informatics as well as many years of relevant professional experience (more than 6 years) or a comparable qualification as well as experience in conducting cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. You bring several years of experience as an IT or solution architect (or in a comparable role) - ideally related to IT governance, IT risk management and IT compliance. You have extensive expertise in the IBM Mainframe environment as well as IBM Db2 for z/OS, IMS and MQ technologies. You know the relevant compliance and IT standards (including DORA, ISO 27001, BSI C5, BSI IT-Grundschutz, ITIL, COBIT) and work analytically, structured and solution-oriented. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). With a strong communication and cooperation capability, high readiness for learning and quality awareness, you can safely move in the agile environment.
