Tasks

Developing strategies and operational implementation concepts for the Rittal business in the field of Cooling

Creating potential analyses for our system solutions and identifying and evaluating new product solutions for

this industry environment

Supporting subsidiaries on all issues related to Cooling

General competition and market observation as well as market and trend analyses in the field of cooling (Immersion, BESS,

Machine-Cooling etc.)

Identification of suitable target customers and creation of the respective Value Proposition

Conception of appropriate marketing instruments to support a successful roll-out

Support for the annual planning processes and implementation of global projects in close cooperation with the regions

Profile

Complete study of (economic) engineering or comparable qualification

Ideally first industry experience and market knowledge in IT Cooling

Flowing German and English skills

Strong communication personality with a high degree of self-initiative and a targeted, analytical
