You program CNC lathes autonomously and adjust them for production You manufacture snails and cylinders for extrusion and injection moulding machines according to technical drawings – precise and quality-conscious You monitor the ongoing work processes, make sure that everything is running around and, if necessary, take a corrective action You miss the produced components with measuring instruments and document the results for quality assurance You work in layered operation and actively contribute to time and product quality
You ideally have a completed training for machining mechanic (m/w/d), CNC lathe (m/w/d), precision mechanics (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the metal sector But also as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d), tool mechanic (m/w/d) or metal maker (m/w/d) with experience in CNC lathes, you are welcome with us You also bring with you knowledge of CNC programming and safe handling of controls You have technical understanding of drawings, components and manufacturing processes Ideally, you have already gained experience in dealing with lilies As a team player, you will be happy to pack and bring layer readiness
