Construction, maintenance and further development of a company-wide risk management system (RMS) according to DIN ISO 31000 and BSI Standard 200-3 Identification, assessment and monitoring of economic risks (e.g. liquidity, revenue and investment risks) and compliance and reputation risks Coordination and implementation of regular risk analyses with relevant specialist departments Development and follow-up of risk mitigation measures in close cooperation with controlling, IT, data protection, information security and quality management Creation and maintenance of a central risk register and regular risk reports for management and supervisory bodies Control and preparation of key requirements from risk assessment (identification, analysis, assessment) to risk treatment Participation in ensuring the economic aspects of compliance and IT security requirements

Complete study in the field of health economics, business management, risk management, IT management or comparable qualification Experience in risk management, controlling or compliance, preferably in hospitalization Knowledge of legal framework conditions and standards (including SGB V, KHEntgG, KHZG, § 8a BSIG and NIS2, DIN ISO 31000, BSI Standard 220-3) Confidence with KRITIS requirements and IT security standards in healthcare (e.g. B3S Hospital) Analytical thinking, pronounced communication skills and solution-oriented action Experience in dealing with risk management methods and tools (risk matrix, scenario analyses etc.) Safe handling of MS Office, BI systems, hospital information systems or governance tools desirable
