The central task for you is to build, control and monitor an export control system to ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements We advise you and take over the reporting to export managers You support customs, tax and external economic issues and issues, in coordination with the relevant specialist departments, and ensure a well-considered communication with the customer side and the authorities You are also responsible for monitoring legal requirements (e.g. EU dual-use regulation, embargo regulations) You create and maintain internal policies, work instructions and control mechanisms In addition, you are responsible for the control and support of approval procedures Finally, you will also be responsible for planning and carrying out training and workshops at the respective shipyard locations. You are the contact person for authorities and external auditors Retrospective collection of export control agreements (e.g. subsequent No Russia/Belarus Clause)

First legal state exams, completed economic studies or comparable You have 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of export control You are a responsible, carefully working and interdisciplinary thinking and standing person, who acts with a strong team spirit Communication and argumentation skills, coupled with intelligent enforcement Impressed team capacity and joy in developing solutions together with colleagues Interdisciplinary thinking and working methods Joy of occasional journeys to the yard locations (share of travel activities: about 15%) English knowledge in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
