You secure a high-quality, consistent and market-ready product data base and act as a central interface between product management, marketing, IT and external partners. You can create the necessary data base for B2B platforms, B2C channels, e-commerce applications, product catalogs and all digital touchpoints in European markets. Your tasks include controlling and optimizing the product data processes in the PIM system. These include structuring new product groups, classification according to relevant standards (e.g. ETIM, ECLASS), ensuring a uniform product terminology, monitoring and sustainable improvement of data quality. In close cooperation with product management and marketing, you coordinate technical data clarification, create and maintain product contents such as feature texts, USPs as well as media assets and ensure consistency and quality across all channels. You accompany product launches end-to-end and support the further development of the system landscape (e.g. in the context of a ONE-PIM solution). In doing so, you train internal users in handling the PIM system and actively contribute your expertise to the further development of processes and structures.

You have a degree in media management/informatics, online marketing, (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification and brings a pronounced affinity for data, systems and technical relationships. Multiannual experience in dealing with PIM systems (ideally viamedici or contentserv) as well as a thorough understanding of product data structures, classification standards (e.g. ETIM, ECLASS) and data quality management complete your profile. Ideally, you also know yourself with adjacent systems such as ERP or PLM. At your work, you go analytic, structured and independent. You work quickly into complex technical product information and data models and bring a high affinity to technical products and their relationships (e.g., lists/product structures). You convince with your strong communication, organization and team skills, a strong stakeholder management and a proactive, solution-oriented way of working. You work reliably and detailed and bring very good German (- C1) and English (- B2) in word and writing.
