The department ''Liegenschaften und Bauprojekte'' currently consists of the teams of commercial and technical building management and construction project management with a total of approx. 35 employees, who are responsible for around 50 circular and rented properties. The specialist service accompanies the complete life cycle of the properties, from planning to construction and operation to rebuilding, from purchase, rent and leases to possible sales. It is a permanent employment relationship. According to § 31 TVöD, the function of the departmental management is first transferred to the sample in a limited time period (the trial period is 2 years).
