In close coordination with the management, you take over the operational and strategic management and control of your region. Together with your team of sales, expansion, logistics and administration, you are promoting the partnerships with our specialist retailers and are constantly driving the regional development of our Denns BioMarchs. You are responsible for the management and development of employees at the warehouses and administrations and in the Denns Bio markets of your region. It expects a high degree of self-responsibility with the opportunity to actively shape the success and growth of our enterprise group. In coordination with central departments, you will continuously organize and optimize the processes in your region and report directly to the management. In addition, you are Sparring partners (m/w/d) for individual central areas and thus support the further development of the entire enterprise group.

They are convinced of the bio-sustainability and of ecologically and sustainably produced products. They have a successful degree in business or a comparable training. They are familiar with the food trade in full assortment and the bio-food trade with their daily challenges and bring together corresponding professional and managerial experience.
