Your future team: The Department of Prevention supports the joint legal tasks of all accident insurance providers in the field of prevention (§ 14 para. 4 SGB VII and the Statute of the DGUV). It bundles strengths of members, the DGUV and its partners in the prevention of accidents at work, occupational diseases and occupational health hazards and ensuring effective first aid. In addition, it coordinates and promotes the networking of all relevant actors to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the associated tasks in prevention Your tasks: As part of the subject work, you are the first respondent for the service of the Prevention Coordinator: yours, the Prevention Board and the coordination of the internal and external information flow. Your further tasks include: Participation in the organisation, implementation and follow-up of the youth training programme, including support for the multiplier: Pre- and post-processing of internal events and meetings Participation in the planning and implementation of training events for vocational training teachers and events for the implementation of the Joint German Employment Protection Strategy and the framework agreements Prevention Organisation and settlement of missions and general assistance tasks

(m/w/d), or equivalent knowledge and experience Professional experience in assistance desirable Safe handling and experience in working with MS 365, in particular the Office applications and Sharepoint Experience with web content management systems and electronic document management systems of advantage Very good German language skills (at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) Strong communication in word and writing as well as strong team and organizational ability Ready to join multi-day missions
