In order to strengthen our team in Arnstein, we are now looking for a committed operative buyer (m/w/d) in full time.

Our requirements and wishes:

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training, university degree of corresponding qualification
• 3 years of professional experience in a comparable function, with a focus on purchasing, material management and/or supply chain management
• Affinity for managing complex purchasing processes and implementing creative procurement solutions
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP are desirable
• Good English knowledge of word and writing

Your personal responsibility:

• Independent demand planning, ordering and tracking of purchase items with national and international suppliers
• Own-responsible analysis, maintenance, optimization and management of the relevant procurement parameters and material stocks in SAP
• With the help of optimizing continuous procurement processes, as well as ensuring the availability of materials
• Participation in cross-sector procurement projects for assemblies and individual parts Close cooperation with strategic purchasing, development, production planning, quality and our suppliers
• Participation in the implementation of digital e-procurement solutions and AI-based digital assistants, as well as active development of procurement processes in SAP
• Project-related management of procurement topics with selected suppliers in coordination with strategic purchasing
