Proactive technical and commercial advice from our international customers in the area of spare parts and after-sales services Processing of spare parts requests throughout the process – from offer to order Maintenance and processing of operations in our systems (SAP S/4HANA, CRM / SAP C4C) Supporting international PILLER foreign companies as a central contact person (key account function) Identification and assignment of spare parts to current and older PILLER machines using piece lists, technical drawings and documentation Costing of spare parts and kit prices Conception of new spare parts requirements with our product management

Complete technical or commercial vocational training, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, industry, wholesale and foreign trade or comparable Experience in spare parts management, after-sales, technical sales or service of advantage Safe handling of ERP and CRM systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, SAP C4C, Salesforce or comparable systems Technical understanding and interest in mechanical components and technical facts Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed customer and service orientation as well as pleasure in international customer contact Very good English skills in word and writing, other foreign languages are welcome You don't bring all the desired knowledge?
