Your role You work closely with Carl Zeiss Meditec AG's COO and CHRO and support strategic and operational issues, including providing structured, data-based recommendations based on short-term deepening, technical expertise and business visibility to support decision-making at management level

you take responsibility for a challenging task, which is strongly influenced by self-responsible thinking and acting

also develop meaningful analyses and concepts and create presentations and decision templates for the COO & CHRO (including data research and evaluations, guidelines, etc.)

also initiate and direct cross-functional strategic (transformation) projects, from the first idea to anchoring in the organization

prepare the relevant presentations for the Management Board, Supervisory Board and Management in German and English

In addition, you support the COO and CHRO in the preparation and follow-up of meetings and appointments of the Executive Board with supervisory bodies as well as the management circles

with all these activities you enter into a challenging and inspiring environment and drive forward the strategic topics of the ZEISS Group in collaborative cooperation

continue to take over the strategic and operational design of the internal and external communication of COOs and CHROs in close coordination with the communications department (including speeches, key messages, social media contributions)

a successful university degree with an economic, economic or technical focus

several years of professional experience (ideally in the operating and HR environment) that you have acquired in a challenging industrial environment or in a top consulting company, preferably in the business and organizational development

proven expertise in program and project management and problem solving competence

pronounced communication and presentation skills and a secure, convincing appearance before different stakeholders
