You are a contact person:for all legal matters relating to occupational pensions, on questions arising from employment, tax, social security, insurance and insurance supervision law You first raise legal opinions on questions of fundamental importance in occupational pensions and dismantle pension regulations You clarify legal questions about the support fund from administration and sales and support internal and external working groups and bodies You support the ongoing revision of the contract documents and the improvement of processes related to the Support Fund You advise on project-related product design and product development of occupational pensions in life insurance and work with colleagues in other disciplines You advise our departments in extrajudicial and judicial cases and tax external firms if necessary You prepare relevant legal judgements and changes in law, derive concrete recommendations for action and carry out in-house training

As a full lawyer: you have completed your 2nd legal state exam and have a well-founded knowledge in the law of occupational pensions You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in the right of occupational retirement You are characterized by very good analytical and conceptual skills and understand economic relationships Your work is structured, solution-oriented and you bring a high degree of self-responsibility and pragmatism with In addition, you are communicatively strong and feel comfortable in digital work environments
