Place of work: Giesen (Hannover / Hildesheim) As a central function, you have contacts in all departments and act as a communicative hub for internal and external partners. You actively promote the Quality Management department by supporting internal audits as professionally as external approval, supplier and customer audits. With your commitment and know-how, you ensure the sustainable high quality of our products and processes – for maximum customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Their tasks include: management systems and standards compliance: support in the planning, monitoring, development and updating of the integrated management system for quality, environment and energy according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards. Audits: preparation, monitoring and follow-up of internal and external audits. Coordination of measures: monitoring and consulting in the implementation of corrective, improved and preventive measures. Project work: participation and management of work packages or Projects (increasing productivity, reducing costs, etc.). Complaints: Support in complaint management, including customer communication and independent processing of complaints with comprehensive cause analysis in close cooperation with the aftersales service team.

Training Closed commercial or technical training, for example as an industrial businesswoman/seller, mechatronic:in, electronic:in, industrial mechanic:in or similar ideally supplemented by a further training as:r Betriebswirt:in or technician:in. Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in the technical or commercial field or in the field of quality management. Knowledge and experience in the application of standards and QM methods of advantage. Industry experience: Manufacturing industry such as e.g. Chemical industry, electronics/electronics industry, food industry, automotive industry etc. System knowledge: MS Office (especially Excel), SAP knowledge. Languages: flowing German and good English skills.
