Operational responsibility, in particular for the service area of an established gastronomy company with à la carte offering, bar and outdoor areas Leadership, motivation and further development of the 20-member team with a clear focus on service Presented, collaborative leadership – not from the desk, but at eye level with the team Ensuring a professional, warm and smooth service process Responsibility for deployment planning, service organisation and team structure in ongoing operation Active host role and sovereign handling of guests and different situations Close cooperation with Chef and the kitchen area Ensuring and further developing quality and service standards

Long-standing professional experience in gastronomy with a clear focus on service, e.g. as service manager, restaurant manager or F&B manager Embossed hostility, communication strength and a natural feel for people Leading personality with enforcing ability, esteeming leadership style and hands-on mentality Safe handling of common service plan and cash register systems as well as reliable German knowledge Ready for weekend and holiday work – you are present when the company needs you
