Quality assurance of the topics of energy-efficient and sustainable construction within the framework of the technical examination Advising the project areas in the design of construction documents and the construction design Advice on the application of standards of the Land of Hesse and the Federal Agency for Sustainability (checklists, guides, work aids) and the certification process Consultation in the development of property-related refurbishment concepts as well as in-house testing of construction measures in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability Communication with builders, architects and other project participants in sustainable building planning, optimization and implementation Calculation of testable summer heat protection and heat bridge and moisture protection elaboration of performance images for the assignment of freelance workers, construction management and on-the-spot checks

Completed degree (FH Diploma/Bachelor) of the disciplines Architecture / Civil Engineering and similar disciplines Qualification as a BNB coordinator or DGNB consultant or proven experience in the systemic sustainability assessment Good knowledge of the legal foundations in the field of sustainability, climate protection and energy, the HOI, VgV and VOB RBBau and GABau knowledge of building and procurement law, management processes and construction processes are desirable as well as experience with software solutions for sustainability assessment Good knowledge of the MS Office programs, an AVA and a CAD program Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, as well as the ability to work in large height or in narrow spaces Class B driving licence and standby for occasional service journeys (Pool vehicle) within the jurisdiction of the branch
