• Operation of chain excavators, thrusters, wheel loaders, roller trains and dumpers, partly with GPS control.
• Over-regional use on demolition, rehabilitation and landfill sites.
• Support in the organisation and coordination of workflows with a view to subsequent management tasks.
• Participation in targeted training and training measures, the costs of which we take over.
• Practical support by experienced colleagues who accompany you on your way.
• Perspective acquisition of pre-worker activities and independent management of a construction site team after successful qualification. ### Your profile We look forward to your application if you bring the following:
• Ideally a completed training as a construction engineer (m/w/d) or relevant, multi-year professional experience.
• Motivation for personal development and acquisition of leadership responsibility.
• Willingness to participate in training and further training to the foreman (m/w/d).
