Technical and organisational management of the Social Department Conception, development and management of the occupational health management (BGM) in close cooperation with internal and external actors Responsibility for the implementation and further development of the operational integration management (BEM), including case management, assessment and documentation Advice, support and support of employees in personal, health and social emergencies Confidential individual case work while respecting legal confidentiality and data protection requirements Development and implementation of preventive measures to promote the physical and psychological health of employees Cooperation with HR, executives, staff councils, heavy-duty representation and external advisory and support systems Participation in the development, updating and implementation of service agreements, in particular on health and social issues Participation in and cooperation in different bodies, working groups and control groups awareness and advice of managers on health-promoting guidance and dealing with burdensome employees Creation of concepts, reports and resolution templates for theatre management Quality assurance, evaluation and further development of social services

Completed academic studies (Master/Diplom) of social work, social education, psychology, health sciences or a comparable subject Additional qualification in the field of systemic advice, coaching, psychological advice or comparable Knowledge and practical experience in occupational health management (BGM) and occupational integration management (BEM) Experience in advising and supporting employees in psychosocial and health emergencies Knowledge of the relevant legal bases (in particular SGB IX, labour and data protection law, co-determination) Experience in cooperation with staff representatives and bodies, ideally in public service High consulting, communication and conflict competence as well as strong discretion Self-employed, structured working and conceptual thinking Good knowledge of English

The employment is first terminated for two years; the subsequent takeover into an indefinite working relationship is provided for in probation. The grouping is possible up to 14 TV-L in the event of all tariff and personal conditions. A monthly theatre service allowance according to § 2 para. 1 TV-Staatstheater-Baden-Württemberg.
