Finds structured solutions for well-known challenges/problems in the field Order clarification and communication of your own knowledge to internal customers: Internal and/or external representation of STRABAG for the area of expertise Representation of professional interests vis-à-vis relevant stakeholders:internal action and conviction deriving targets from the overarching corporate objectives and implementation, as well as the medium-term planning and allocation of projects and tasks Continuous review and consistent pursuit of achievement the creation of structures for cooperation; Control of priorities, topics and orders Establishment and maintenance of an internal and external network and support for cross-regional cooperation Support for employees:internal development, regular feedback and identification of potential providers:inside Situative leadership of employees:inside and creating clearness of roles Entrepreneurial thinking and action in its own sphere of action Meeting of organisational personnel decisions taking into account employees:interests Leadership and active cooperation in strategic corporate projects Technical and disciplinary leadership of HSW officers Management and implementation of complex and professionally demanding projects Coordination of staff-intensive regions with major projects and projects with sensitive clients

In-depth expertise & key:r expert for a specialized area national or international Training for security specialists according to § 6 ASiG 5-10 years of HSW experience or relevant external professional experience Experience in leading employees
