Team Leader Customer Service - in the Energy Supply in Siegen (m/f/d)

You conduct, motivate and develop a team of currently 7 employees in the field of contracting and clarification. You control and optimize your team's daily work processes and ensure compliance with our quality and service standards. You are the first contact point for escalated customer concerns and complex clarification cases and find solution-oriented answers. You analyze relevant KPIs, identify optimization potentials and implement improvements in a targeted manner. You work closely with adjacent departments (e.g. sales and billing) and promote cross-departmental cooperation. In unclear contractual situations, you coordinate the coordination with energy suppliers, network operators and measurement service providers and ensure a fast, reliable clarification. You plan missions, holidays and representations and ensure a reliable coverage. You develop internal work instructions, guides and checklists for your team. You accompany the introduction of new team members, conduct regular employee talks and promote the professional and personal development of each individual. You will start regular reports for the department management and take appropriate measures.

You have completed a commercial training or a comparable study. You bring multi-year experience in customer service or contracting – first leadership experience is desirable. Also as a cross-release:you are welcome – with demonstrable leadership and experience in customer service.

Ideally, you know yourself in the energy industry. MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft teams are safe. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1/C2). A careful, structured way of working as well as communication strength and team spirit characterize you.
