Packing, motivating, moderating: You guide the Plant Engineering department professionally and disciplinefully with 15 employees with commitment and inspiration P&L responsibility Sales support for customer acquisition, readiness to travel within northern Germany Machermentality: They develop strategic initiatives to achieve departmental and business goals Efficiency and quality: You ensure that our operations are efficient and that quality standards are complied with You are responsible for process optimization and take responsibility for selected projects Communication and interface: They ensure effective internal and external communication. You report to the branch office

Completed studies Leadership experience 3-5 years Detectable experience in the successful management of projects Sales competency and fun working with customers Embossed Analytical Skills Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate, coach and develop employees Ensuring communication skills at all levels, including negotiation skills and presentation skills Industry knowledge from the fields: power plant, chemistry/raffinia, pressure tank systems, pipeline systems and maintenance are desired
