Customer and contract management Preparation, implementation and follow-up of the regular Jour fixe with the Federal Administrative Office Framework contract controlling (e.g. monitoring of call volume, project days and price levels) Preparation, implementation and follow-up of consortial appointments Creating and Processing Partner Individual Agreements and Control of Service Providers Examination and initiation of invoices (including communication with partner entrepreneurs) Project and process support Quality assurance of documents and support of budget-neutral relocations and resource extensions Remembrance of project completions and ensuring proper execution Termination, implementation and logging of job clarification talks Creation and maintenance of process documentation and active participation in process optimization Interface function Communication hub between project management, customers (especially contractors) and other stakeholders Target group-oriented and professional communication at different levels

Highly successful completed training or completed studies Experience in the environment of public administration – ideally in cooperation with authorities Structured, independent and reliable operation with high quality standards Accuracy, time-limit awareness and safe handling of administrative processes readiness and ability to work on complex administrative issues and processes Optimum experience with the COMET specialist system or a comparable control system or Project management tool Communication strength as well as a friendly, sovereign appearance as a customer interface Ideally experience in partner management or in controlling external service providers
