Manager Email & Channel Management (m/f/d)

E-mail automations: You continuously develop, implement and optimize international email automation as well as automated DTC streams. Customer Journey: You analyze existing customer journeys and develop them with a focus on email setups, lifecycle streams and trigger-based communication. CRM Setups: You build automations in our CRM tool Bloomreach, scale them technically, perform tests and monitor the performance. Analysis & Reporting: You support the evaluation of email campaigns, launch relevant reports and manage data-driven strategies for personalization and segmentation. Testing & Optimization: You perform A/B tests, document the results and use them to continuously optimize all email authorizations and campaigns. Collaboration: You coordinate internal and external stakeholders around email automation and CRM topics and work closely with Loyalty CRM Development, CRM Print, Creative, IT, Shop Management (online & stationary) and agency partners. CRM Projects: You are working on overarching projects to further develop our digital CRM architecture, especially in the field of email marketing and setups.

Your educational path: You have successfully completed a degree in the field of marketing, e-commerce, business administration or a similar field of expertise or comparable training. Your strengths: You have high analytical skills, work problem-solving-oriented and enjoy technical topics in email marketing, from setups to tool logics to data flows and testing. Your profile: You bring at least three years of professional experience in the field of digital CRM campaigns focusing on email automation, project management and analytics. Finding knowledge in customer segmentation and reporting are yours. You are sure to work with CRM and analysis tools like Bloomreach, Salesforce, SAS, Looker or Power BI and communicate with you in German and very well in English.
