CRM Setups: You build automations in our CRM tool Bloomreach, scale them technically, perform tests and monitor the performance. Testing & Optimization: You perform A/B tests, document the results and use them to continuously optimize all email authorizations and campaigns. Your educational path: You have successfully completed a degree in the field of marketing, e-commerce, business administration or a similar field of expertise or comparable training. Your strengths: You have high analytical skills, work problem-solving-oriented and enjoy technical topics in email marketing, from setups to tool logics to data flows and testing. Your profile: You bring at least three years of professional experience in the field of digital CRM campaigns focusing on email automation, project management and analytics. Finding knowledge in customer segmentation and reporting are yours. You are sure to work with CRM and analysis tools like Bloomreach, Salesforce, SAS, Looker or Power BI and communicate with you in German and very well in English.
