Your tasks: Design: You design and optimize the entire customer journey around the energy and telecommunications order lines on our website - from the first interaction to the successful conclusion of the contract Usability: You make sure that our digital order lines not only work smoothly, but that our customers also experience a clearly structured and convincing customer journey with intuitive user guidance Requirement management: You evaluate and refine requirements and align the implementation with colleagues and/or service providers Conversion Optimization: You analyse and optimate Conversion Funnels to continuously increase the final rates Teamwork: You are part of our cross-functional team and work closely with IT, product management, marketing and sales to ensure high-performance, customer-oriented digital processes Testing: You carry out A/B tests, interpret data and guide specific action recommendations Innovation: You follow market and technology developments in eCommerce and bring innovative ideas to the further development of our online routes

Your profile: Complete studies in the field of business, marketing, e-commerce, digital media or a comparable qualification Professional experience in e-commerce, ideally focusing on digital ordering and checkout processes Safe handling of web analysis tools and experience in conversion optimization Embossed understanding of UX/UI and front-end processes Structured, solution-oriented working and experience in stakeholder management Teamability, communication strength and initiative Interest in digital trends and openness for the use of AI technologies Agiles Mindset and the joy of interdisciplinary cooperation
