As a Central Process Consultant (m/w/d) you support the areas of process acquisition and optimization and are the language tube of central process management in the organization You organize and run workshops (preparation, execution, refurbishment) or are participants:in project workshops and discuss, model and finalize processes with the department They support the team of central process management in the transformation and construction of a process management organisation and governance As part of the rollout (national / international) you take over the design and implementation of training in process management Identify and implement organizational and technical requirements in the process message and manage these in SAP Signavio In doing so, maintain the process manual and implement the conventions systemically

Graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economic Engineering or a related field Professional experience in an advisory function in process management and (first) experience in the implementation of workshops and training Multiannual experience with different moderation techniques and optimization methods such as LEAN desirable Multiannual experience in BPMN 2.0 modelling convention and experience with process management software solutions such as Signavio, ADONIS, ARIS desirable Experiences in project work in the context of process management and cooperation with IT are of advantage Ideally operating experience from trading, e.g. purchasing, sales or finance Structured, pragmatic, communicative and enduring mode of operation German (from C1), good English and safe use of MS Office
