Your tasks For our Willich site we are looking for a technical specialist in video surveillance (CCTV) for the next possible entry. As an expert for video analysis, you are entrusted with the following main tasks:

Configuration and adaptation of our video surveillance systems in the field of alarm detection, schedules and other safety-relevant parameters Editing of First Level Support (First Level Support) tickets in the field of deliveries, plans and returns Maintenance and updating of data in our internal systems to ensure data integrity Ensuring, maintaining and developing existing processes for continuous improvement of service quality Development and use of our ERP software for system management and accounting Technical support for our customers
