Leadership & Development: You run a dedicated project team, promote individual strengths and create an environment in which employees can grow and develop Project Management & Resource Management: You guide complex projects in the customs field, set clear priorities and ensure that tasks are efficiently delegated and resources are used optimally Quality & Compliance: You ensure the highest quality standards, support internal control processes and reliably and confidently accompany internal and external audits Sales Support & Customer Dates: You work closely with the sales team, bring your expertise into customer discussions and make an important contribution to the joint success

Qualification: Successfully completed studies with economic or fiscal focus (e.g. BWL, VWL, Public Law, Business Informatics or Similar) Professional Experience & Leadership Competence: At least 5 years of professional or project management experience and well-founded leadership experience in leadership of teams IT competence: IT affinity as well as sound SAP knowledge (ideally in SAP GTS) Language knowledge: flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Soft Skills: Structured, proactive and independent working, combined with team orientation, communication and presentation strength
