Leadership: You bear the direct responsibility for your team and promote the further development of our junior staff. You create a positive working atmosphere and make sure that new team members have a great start and get in touch quickly. Take responsibility: You take over the management and sales responsibility of a department. You continuously analyze the range and optimize the area design according to our visual merchandising requirements to achieve the department goals. Working with Management: You work hand in hand with Store Management and actively contribute your ideas. Creating a shopping experience: With your open-minded way, you actively talk to our customers and make sure You have a great shopping experience, feel welcome and well advised. Creating Memories: At P&C you not only sell clothes. You help our customers turn moments into memories, because every piece of clothing tells their own story.

Your path of education: successfully completed training or completed studies, preferably with professional and leadership experience. Your strengths: You are open-minded, service-oriented, organizationally strong and like to pack – but keep quiet when it comes to turbulent. Your interest: You like to work in the team and know how to motivate your crew. You also have fun analyzing sales figures and deriving targeted measures.
