The following activities are included in your task: You support the project management as a contractor representation in the performance phases 1-5 (base position determination to execution planning) according to HOAI. When you control the design, approval and execution planning for buildings and interiors, you will see the acceptance and transfer to tenants and/or Buyer with me. You organize and coordinate parts of the planning process even during the construction design according to the performance phases according to HOAI and ensures a smooth coordination with the project participants. You support the monitoring of planning quality and ensure that the planning objectives are met. You will check the conformity of the planning results with the building specifications in the performance phases 1-5. You participate in cost control, from the first cost estimate (LP 1) to the detailed cost calculation and control during execution planning (LP 5). You support the project management in compliance with the budget framework. You work on the planning and control of schedules and coordinate coordination with specialist planners and exporting companies to ensure a timely completion. You support the builders in the creation and testing of contracts with planners, specialist planners and exporting companies. You also make sure that all relevant contracts and insurance are up to date. You represent the interests of Überseeinsel GmbH to external project participants, such as architects, specialist planners, authorities and executive companies, in close cooperation with the internal team. You support the successful implementation of the project goals in all performance phases according to HOAI (LP 1-5).

You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field of expertise, and you have first practical experience in planning and project management. You have first professional experience or internships in project management, ideally in the performance phases 1-5 (buildings and interiors) according to HOAI, as well as basic knowledge in project management according to AHO. You have knowledge about VOB, HOAI and the relevant legal regulations and want to further deepen your knowledge in practice. You are characterized by team skills, cost- and quality-consciousness, and you are sure to perform. You bring willingness to learn and the ability to work with planners, entrepreneurs and external partners. You have first experience in cost planning, timing and quality assurance and want to further develop your knowledge in the application of BIM (especially ArchiCAD). You think forward-looking, are motivated to develop and be willing to take responsibility to successfully support your projects.
