Central contact for the customer in all questions of technical building management Object responsibility for the technical installations Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services for the contracted object Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the employees in the object as well as their deployment planning and control

Technical training as an electronics engineer for energy & building technology / energy plant electronics / electrical installer / plant mechanics SHK / installer for heating air conditioning Continuing training as technician / master / bachelor - in facility management / technical building equipment TGA / utility technology, sanitary heating air conditioning technology or electrical engineering 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position Optimum would be good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Planon Good negotiating skills as well as persuasiveness, cost awareness and high customer and service orientation German knowledge at least level C1 and driving licence class B
