We are looking for a Lead Manager CAD 3D Design (m/w/d) that guides our CAD team professionally and disciplinedly and contributes significantly to the further development of our CAD and BIM environments.

Creation and management of project configuration files in Revit and AutoCAD Development and implementation of CAD and project standards for Exyte With design and installation of BIM- & CAD environments (BIM 360 / ACC) Management and implementation of CAD coordination meetings within projects Ensuring the graphic and content quality of CAD presentation Compliance and monitoring of customer CAD standards Support of project management, design managers and customers in planning Implementation of construction site visits and performances Creation and approval of core drilling applications Creation of HVAC systems as well as independent design of ventilation channels, pipes and components Discipline and professional management of the CAD team Coaching and development of team members Cross-project resource planning taking into account quality, time and cost objectives

Complete training or studies in the field of technical building equipment (TGA), mechanical engineering, supply technology or comparable Multiannual professional experience in 2D and 3D design, especially with Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks Safe handling of BIM platforms such as BIM 360 / ACC Experience in the professional leadership of a team Understanding interdisciplinary coordination and spatial management Very good analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working Communication strength and team capacity Good knowledge of German and English
