Commercial employee project management and billing (m/f/d)

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Commercial processing of offers and invoices: You are responsible for the correct commercial processing, testing and shipping of offers and invoices. Collection and maintenance of accounting-relevant data: You are responsible for the careful collection, maintenance and testing of billing-relevant order data. Support for price reviews: You shall assist in the preparation, testing and processing of documents in the context of price checks in accordance with public price law. Process optimization: You contribute to the continuous optimization of processes in the field of supply and order management. Support of the project management: These are the reliable support of our project managers in the project everyday.

Successfully completed commercial training or business studies Professional experience in supply, order management or accounting Secure handling of MS-Office, MS-Project and ERP systems Independent, structured and reliable operation Team skills, communication strength and social competence Flexibility and high self-initiative Good to very good English knowledge
