Your tasks: Implementation of input measurements, fault analyses and repairs on laboratory equipment Adjustment and calibration including creation of corresponding certificates Final testing of devices and subsystems Documentation of work in the ERP system Communication with end customers and service partners to clarify technical issues Creation of offers, statistics and evaluations of relevant service key figures Occasionary external services

Complete technical training in the field of electrical engineering or mechanics, ideally with further training to the technician or master First professional experience in technical service or after sales of advantage Embossed technical understanding Handicraft skills and experience with MS Office / ERP systems Communication strength, self-initiative and customer-oriented appearance
