Global Mobility Strategy and Governance
- Define and Continuing evolve the global mobility strategy aligned with business, talent, and cost objectives.
- Develop policies, governance frameworks, and approval processes while monitoring external trends to enhance programs. Program and Operational Leadership

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field Extensive experience in global mobility, international engagements, and cross-border employment, in a multinational environment. Proven leadership experience programs managing, vendors, and teams across regions. Deep knowledge of international tax, immigration, social security, labor law related to international participations and employment risk concepts. Strong financial acumen, including engagement costing, budgeting, and cost governance. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Fluent in German with a strong knowledge of German laws essential.
