You work in the planning, development and implementation of construction projects and building maintenance projects in cooperation with external partners. In close coordination with internal contact persons, external companies and authorities, you will develop concepts for e.g. new production sites or office buildings, outdoor facilities, roads or the like . You maintain, control and instruct the exporting foreign companies. You design adaptations of the building stock, e.g. in the case of building reuse, develop orders and corresponding budgets and also take care of warranty management. In addition, you coordinate the elimination of damage or deficiencies within the framework of building maintenance and maintain the building documentation.

You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or as a designer and have been working as a construction manager or project manager for at least two years. You have very good project management skills, good CAD skills and a good network within the construction industry. Their interest applies to all areas of construction, from production halls, office buildings to outdoor facilities; you will also find the new building as exciting as construction measures in stock. You occur safely and confidently and can communicate with all relevant partners at an eye level, but nevertheless high-throughput. Your German knowledge is reliable and you are ready for regular trips at our Freising (near Munich).
