TASKS Manage time charter vessel from commercial and operational point of view. Review and approval of charter parties Collaboration with Sourcing in RFQ preparation, supplier selection and performance review. Manage vessel budgets Continuous contact with Logistics Managers to coordinate the deliveries. Risk and Opportunities Management Ensure readiness of transport e.g., cargo and tooling availability. Claim management. Seafreight, Detention, demurrages, and other extra cost management. Maritime execution Kpi report. Management Review and negotiation of extra cost with external and internal parties

YOUR PROFILE Shipping clerk plus additional university degree Experienced as vessel operator, vessel chartering experience is a plus Organized and planned Extensive knowledge of material logistics and export merchandise traffic. Accustomed to handling computer tools. Analytical, active, pro-active, and decisive. Fluent English level, other languages are valued (German).
