Construction Project Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d)

Tendering & awarding: You accompany tenders, get offers, compare them and assist in creating price levels and award decisions.

Performance directories & planning: You work with planning documents and participate in the creation, testing and further development of performance directories.

Construction & Project Management: You support or tax your projects in terms of dates, costs, quality and implementation and keeps the most important project milestones in mind.

Cooperation with GUs & Gewerken: You work with general contractors, after-contractors and executive works and assist in voting and awarding.

Cost & Costing: You are involved in cost estimates, cost calculations and economic evaluation of offers and services.

Interface management: You coordinate cooperation between our architectural and planning team, external specialist planners, including fire protection and TGA, as well as the executive companies.

Process development: You bring in your experiences and ideas and help develop our processes for tendering, procurement and project management.

Digital processes: You use digital tools and modern technologies where You make your work more efficient. Artificial intelligence also plays a role in this.

Cross-site projects: You work on various practical projects across Germany and have the opportunity to take increasingly responsibility for individual projects or topics with increasing experience.

Experience in the construction or project environment: You have already gained professional experience in construction, construction or project management, project management, tendering & awarding, calculation or a comparable area.

A suitable qualification: You have a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction or project management or a comparable qualification, for example as a construction technician or master.

First experience with tendering & awarding: You have ideally already worked with tenders, performance directories, offers or award processes. Knowledge in DIN 276 and VOB/C are advantageous.

Understanding construction projects: You know the basic processes of a construction project and can combine requirements from planning, costs, appointments and implementation.

Communication strength: You are happy to work with different contact persons and can express yourself clearly and legally with internal and external partners.

Organization & ownership: You also keep track of multiple tasks, work structured and take responsibility for your topics.

Hands-on mentality: You like to pack yourself up, find pragmatic solutions and have the pleasure of advancing things independently.

Digital affinity: You work safely with MS Office and are open to new digital tools. Experience with AVA software like California.pro, ORCA AVA, Nevaris or iTWO is a plus, but not a must.

Team skills & fingertip feeling: You like to work in the team, communicate openly and value-estimating and want to build new processes together with other people.

Mobility: You are ready to visit our sites regularly.

Practical construction & planning (of advantage): Experiences in practical or health construction, with functional performance descriptions, ArchiCAD or BIM are a plus, but not a must.
